The Knowledge-Creating Company
Nonaka and Takeuchi describe how organizations create new knowledge through the interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge. Their SECI Model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) explains the spiral process by which individual insights become organizational capability. This thinking informs how we design workshops and coaching engagements to move knowledge from heads to hands to habits.
