All Features, No Impact

You're shipping constantly, but nothing for your business or customers is changing. The roadmap is full, the release notes are lengthy, yet nobody can point to the measurable outcomes any of it produced.

Look at the last quarterly review. Your leader presented a slide of everything that shipped. Someone else asked when a certain feature would be done. Nobody asked whether the features from last quarter moved a number that matters. Your roadmap is a Gantt chart of commitments with dates attached, and the whole system rewards delivery so reliably that “did it create a result?” never gets answered.

Meanwhile, the features themselves go straight from idea to backlog. Discovery keeps getting cut because it looks like it slows delivery down. You’re building in the dark, on speculation. Your organization measures progress by what shipped, not by what changed.
